1. Service Description

VelaOS provides a cloud-based endpoint management platform for managing Raspberry Pi devices running VelaOS. The service includes the VelaOS Console (web dashboard), VelaOS Cloud API, and VelaOS Agent software.

2. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use VelaOS for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems. You may not use the service to distribute malware or conduct network attacks.

4. Service Level

VelaOS targets 99.9% uptime for the Cloud API and Console. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance. The free tier does not include an SLA guarantee.

5. Data Ownership

You own all data stored in VelaOS. We do not claim ownership of your device configurations, policies, or organizational data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Pricing

Free tier: up to 5 devices, full features. Pro tier: $2/device/month. Enterprise: $4/device/month with SSO, priority support, and SLA. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
