Frequently asked

What happens if I decommission devices mid-cycle?

On Flex, they drop off the next invoice. On committed plans, the baseline stays until your anniversary, and overage charges stop as soon as the device is decommissioned.

Can I reduce my commitment mid-term?

On Enterprise 3-year and 5-year you can reduce your baseline by up to 20% once per anniversary. Committed Annual can be reduced at renewal only. The first 14 days of a new Committed Annual commitment carry a full-refund guarantee.

Do you charge per admin?

No. Each workspace includes 3 admins. The Unlimited admins add-on lifts the cap for $75 per workspace per month.
